A guy is sitting at a bar looking at his drink for half an hour.
This big trouble-making truck driver sits next to him, takes the drink from the guy and drinks it all down. The poor man starts crying. The truck driver says, "Come on buddy, I was just joking. Here, I'll buy you another drink. I just can't stand to see a grown man cry."
"No, it's not that," replies the man. "This is the worst day of my life. First, I sleep in and get to work late and my boss fires me. When I leave the building I find out my car has been stolen. The police say they can't do anything. I take a cab home, and after I get out I remember I left my wallet and credit cards inside. The cab driver just drives away."
"When I get home I find my wife leaving with my best friend. So as a last resort I come to this bar. And just when I was thinking about putting an end to my life, you show up and drink my poison." |
